Michele Leigh Skladzien, PA-C in Southlake, TX

Michele Skladzien is a native of North Texas. She has served as a certified physician assistant in the area of general surgery since 2022. Michele is also clinically trained in emergency medicine, neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery. Her surgical experience includes assisting with cholecystectomy, hernia repair, bowel resection, LINX surgery for reflux management, gastric stimulator placement, and other advanced and minimally invasive procedures.

Michele graduated Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Arlington with her degree in biology. She completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. When not with patients, Michele enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, going on weekend trips and participating in spin classes.
