Johnna Kay Jones, DO Vascular Surgery, General Surgeryin Bedford, TX

Dr. Jones is board-certified in general surgery and fellowship-trained in vascular surgery. She has served the surgical needs of the Fort Worth community since 2004. Jones received her medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. She completed her general surgery internship, also in Tulsa, before coming to the Fort Worth area. She completed her residency in general surgery and fellowship training in vascular surgery at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.

Dr. Jones' areas of special focus include endovascular treatments for peripheral artery disease, such as balloon angioplasty, atherectomy and stenting, as well as repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms. She performs minimally invasive robotic single-site surgery for gallbladder removal and robotic surgical procedures for hernia repair and other conditions. She also performs laparoscopic surgical procedures, traditional open procedures and laser endovenous ablation for varicose veins. Dr. Jones has been named to Fort Worth Magazine's "Top Docs" list every year for the last 10 years.

Dr. Jones is a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
