Bio
Christine Stiles, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in plastic surgery for adults and children.
Dr. Stiles earned her medical degree with high honors at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She completed a residency in pediatric medicine at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, followed by an integrated residency in plastic surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She began her career with the International Craniofacial Institute and Genecov Salyer Group in Dallas in 2001. In 2005 she established The Center for Breast & Body Contouring and Plastics for Kids in Frisco, Texas. After 18 years in private practice, she joined the UT Southwestern Department of Plastic Surgery faculty in 2020.
Dr. Stiles served as the Young Physicians representative for The American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons to the American Medical Association, and the Texas Medical Association Foundation. She was also the Young Physician Editor of Plastic Surgery News.
She is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Texas Medical Association, and the Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons, for which she currently serves as Secretary. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Stiles is committed to improving the appearance and enhancing the self-esteem of her adult and pediatric patients and is skilled at using nonsurgical treatments, minimally invasive procedures, and surgery, as needed. In 2016, she published the book My Funny Ears, a guidebook for children and their parents who are considering having an otoplasty. Dr. Stiles has been interviewed on several radio talk shows and has been a guest on The Jeff Crilley Show.
