Dr. Daniel Chadwick provides comprehensive care for families and individuals of all ages, including treating acute illness, managing chronic conditions and providing wellness care. A member of Texas Health Medical Associates since July of 2008, he sees patients at Dunn & Chadwick Family Medicine clinic with Dr. David Dunn.

Dr. Chadwick holds a bachelor of science degree in biology from Southwestern Adventist University in Keene. He then earned his Doctorate of Medicine degree in 1997 from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. Dr. Chadwick completed a transitional year internship in internal medicine at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, Ohio. He has served as a physician for the United States Air Force, based in Florida, where he acted as a team chief and was recognized for providing significant contributions that were instrumental in improving access to care. Dr. Chadwick also practiced family medicine for two years in Orlando, Florida with Florida Hospital CentraCare Urgent Care Clinic and as a Walt Disney World Resort concierge physician.
