Rashonda Waites has served as an employee health nurse with Texas Health Resources since 2012. She has an additional decade of experience as a registered nurse and has collaborated with physicians to provide care for acute conditions and minor orthopedic concerns as well as administer drug screenings, immunizations and other primary care services.

Rashonda earned her certification as an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner in 2024. She obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
