Bio

Jacqueline Estrada has advocated for family and adult mental health and wellness since 2018. As a licensed professional counselor, she is skilled to provide counseling therapies to patients experiencing work/workplace issues, mental health challenges and substance use. Her areas of special focus include crisis prevention, mindful-based stress reduction, and helping patients find healthy ways to manage aggression using nonviolent communication and other behaviors.

Jacqueline earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, N.M. She completed her master’s program in counseling and development while attending Texas Woman’s University in Denton. Jacqueline served as a private therapist before getting into the employee health services space.
