Bio

Raven Shelton began her nursing career caring for North Texas moms and newborns. She spent more than a decade as a registered nurse before obtaining her certification as a family nurse practitioner in 2020. Raven was previously responsible for providing outpatient care for acute, urgent and chronic medical conditions. She is passionate about delivering personalized care plans and quality patient experiences in collaboration with physicians and other care team members.

Raven received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind. She graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with her master’s degree in nursing. Raven is a member of the American Nurses Association; Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurse; and Texas Nurses Association.
