A former personal trainer and performance coach, Jacob Lopez has turned his passion for sports performance enhancement and endurance into a career caring for the orthopedic health of others. He is experienced in the areas of urgent care and occupational medicine with clinical focus on the treatment of fractures and dislocations, administering joint injections, performing sports physicals and assessing orthopedic injuries through diagnostic testing. Jacob grew up in California but set down roots in North Texas in 2021. He is certified as a physician assistant and personal trainer.
Jacob earned a bachelor's degrees in kinesiology with a focus on exercise science while attending California State University in San Bernardino. He went on to earn his master's degree in physician assistant studies from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Calif. Jacob is certified through strength coach Joe Defranco as a Certified Physical Preparation Specialist and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
