Communication with this office is TERRIBLE due to the following experiences. 1) I called and left a message, no one called me back. 2) I submitted my issue via the portal, no one called me, 3) I called to reschedule an appointment and got a text message to use the portal, 4) I submitted my question via portal about rescheduling, no response, 5) [...] faxed a request about prescribing antibiotics before a [...] procedure FOUR TIMES without a response. Once my next appointment is complete, I will switch to a different practice.
