Mina was awesome! She asked thoughtful questions and then really listened to us. When my husband shared his perspective on how things were going, she assured us that what I was feeling was normal when going through memory loss.When I feel overwhelmed by not remembering something or somewhere that I used to know well, I become anxious and upset. She gave us tools to use when that occurs.

Mina was awesome! She listened carefully to my explanation of my current issues, was very caring and empathetic, explained the nature of my problem, what to do to help resolve it and talked to my doctor about medication changes and quickly got back with me about what the doctor prescribed, and instantly returned my call for an explanation!!! [...] was also very good and took good notes to give Mina. I'm very impressed and grateful!!!!
