Dr. Daniel McMahan is a fellowship-trained Interventional and structural cardiologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, valvular heart disease, preventative cardiology, and other complex cardiovascular conditions. His practice combines advanced catheter and non-invasive procedures with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care.

Dr. McMahan is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. Additionally, he is board-certified and a Diplomat of the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE) and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC). His expertise in non-invasive cardiovascular imaging complements his interventional cardiology training and supports a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Dr. McMahan is a fourth generation Texan who earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center-Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. He completed his internal medicine residency and general cardiology fellowship training within the Medical City Weatherford and Fort Worth health system where he served as Chief Fellow of Cardiology. He subsequently completed advanced fellowship training in interventional and structural cardiology at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Dr. McMahan draws on his 16 years of training to provide compassionate, individualized treatment plans for each patient.
