Danielle Sales Forte, PA-C Physician Assistantin Arlington, TX

Danielle Forte has served the Arlington and Mansfield communities as a certified physician assistant since 2011. Her focus has been on providing quality diagnostic, therapeutic and preventative care to teen and adult patients. This includes administering physicals and annual exams, women's health services, wound care and treatments for minor orthopedic concerns.

Danielle graduated with her bachelor's degree in biology from The University of Texas at Arlington. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Beyond caring for in-clinic patients, Danielle has a passion for providing community outreach. She spent many years volunteering with Mission Fort Worth to serve as a translator between health care providers and the underserved Hispanic population, using her fluency in Spanish and Portuguese to help break down communication barriers. Danielle is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
