Bio
Erick Arellano began his medical career in 2006, but he has long had a passion for making connections with others. As a certified family nurse practitioner, he is fulfilling his long-time love by focusing on the health promotion and well-being of his patients. In 2017, Erick was recognized among the “DFW Great 100 Nurses” for his contributions in the workplace and the community. His clinical experience includes caring for and managing orthopedic concerns, performing physicals and health exams, and providing healthy-lifestyle education.
Erick earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees in nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington. He also holds certification as a progressive care nurse. He is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. When not with his patients, you’ll likely find Erick fishing in a nearby river or stream or playing disc golf somewhere in the Metroplex.
