Bio
Meri Pitaniello began her career as a registered nurse in 1995, which led her to fulfill her lifelong dream of working overseas in Cambodia. Meri was instrumental in developing nurse training and school nursing programs, along with coordinating medical teams from the United States to work in remote areas of Cambodia. She has also delivered hands-on care largely in rural and underserved communities. Meri became certified as a family nurse practitioner in 2019. Most recently, she worked in the area of internal medicine and her clinical interest includes nutrition and weight counseling, wellness-based care, and aesthetic medicine.
Meri earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing while attending The University of Texas at Arlington. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
