Having come from a family of healers, Dr. Louizza Martinez was destined for a career in medicine. Dr. Martinez is focused on providing comprehensive adult care with special attention given to managing chronic and infectious conditions.
Dr. Martinez earned her medical degree while studying at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She completed her internal medicine residency through the Texas Health Dallas residency program. Dr. Martinez places a priority on providing consistent guidance to her patients and adjusting care as needed to promote positive outcomes. Beyond the office, she enjoys cooking, kayaking, and traveling with her husband and their three children.
Dr. Martinez is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Medical Association. She speaks fluent Spanish and conversational French.
