Sarah Ott has been a registered nurse since 2001 and became a certified family nurse practitioner in 2008. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, she has cared for patients across a variety of settings, including her previous role as the sole primary care provider in rural North Texas clinic for family medicine and endocrinology.
Before joining THPG, Sarah's collaborative experience in endocrinology has provided her with extensive training in diabetes management, including the use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring systems, and other advanced diabetes technologies. She is passionate about delivering individualized, patient-centered care and is committed to providing compassionate support for patients managing chronic health conditions.
Sarah earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. Sarah prioritizes patient education and takes a personalized approach to care, addressing each patient's unique needs and health goals. She is dedicated to empowering patients with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions and improve their overall health and well-being.
Originally from Indiana, Sarah relocated to North Dallas area with her family in 2014. While she remains a Hoosier by birth, she considers herself a Texan at heart and plans to retire one day as a proud Texan.
