This was my first time with a THR GP, I changed doctors from another practice that was not THR. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the ladies at check in, that of nurse [...], and certainly Dr. Ward. I left feeling VERY good about my decision to change doctors. (I have been a THR patient before, and also very pleased, but this was my first general visit.)

I felt like Dr. Ward was very engaged and took the time to LISTEN. I did not feel like he was rushing or in a hurry to move on', and I really appreciated that.

The visit was smooth and easy.

My nurse was awesome and so was the lab technician!!
