Dr. Mulligan appeared very knowledgeable but seemed irritated by having to deal with me. I had the feeling that I was infringing on her time even though I had an appointment. She did seem to warm up as the appointment progressed.I felt like I should apologize for being there.

The office location, comfort and cleanliness are excellent. The back-office staff and nursing department personnel were very good, from friendly to professional. The back-office can make or break a clinic; this group was excellent to work with.

The "new" nurse " "[…] " is way beyond a "5" ("10" for sure) and I hope she stays a long while, as she seems an ideal complement to the always perfectly professional yet super-friendly Dr Mulligan. And the rest of the staff fit right in, too. I can't praise them enough!

Dr. Mulligan responded to my message within minutes, and secured an appointment for me very quickly as my situation was time-sensitive. She talked through a concern with my husband and me, sharing professional advice which we needed. The timing and her help were greatly appreciated.

Both Dr and Nurse were good listeners which I appreciated. Appropriate amount of time was spent with both. But needed some time to absorb discussion before I could think of questions. "See you in 6 months". Done. Would have appreciated "closure" with nurse.

I was in pain from Muscle spasm. She confirmed what I thought the problem was!She and the prior nurse both showed concern .Dr Mulligan suggested exercises to help the area and prescribed a medication.
