Kristina Salata has been certified as a physician assistant since 2015 and has called North Texas home since 2021. She is experienced in the areas of internal medicine, family practice and urgent care with a focus on prevention-based care, management of chronic conditions, women's health and geriatric medicine.
Kristina earned her bachelor's degree in allied health professions while attending Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Mich. She received her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich. Kristina is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Kristina, her husband and corgi relocated to Texas from Michigan to enjoy the warmer weather and be closer to family. She loves to read, watch old sitcom reruns and traveling.

Kristina is excellent at assessing and evaluating our concerns and conditions. She has been a great advocate with other specialist and always explains what the other doctors may not. You are not a pass through patient you are a real person to her.

Kristina Salata, PA was great. Followed up on last visit and reaction to treatment. Made a change and listened and included me in steps going forward I feel like she really cares.
