Dr. Syed Hasan has been a trusted resource for digestive care in North Texas since 2015, primarily serving the Carrollton and surrounding communities. He is board-certified and fellowship-trained in gastroenterology. Dr. Hasan's clinical interests include the treatment of acute and chronic liver disease, inflammatory bowel diseases and functional abdominal disorders. He is skilled in performing upper endoscopies and colonoscopies, along with other advanced and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
Dr. Hasan earned his medical degree from the Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Bryan. He completed his internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship through the Baylor Scott & White Health system in Temple, Texas. Dr. Hasan also holds a master's degree in public health that he earned while attending the Texas A&M University Health Science Center. His public health approach to medicine has earned him a place in the Gold Humanism Honor Society since 2013.
Dr. Hasan is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, and Texas Society for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy. He is fluent in the Urdu languages.

I was overall thoroughly impressed! Waiting an hour for my procedure in the very cold room, while being very hungry and thirsty, with a crappy game show playing on a small TV was a miss and my only complaint.

Absolutely love my doctor and his PA; they are just the best! The office business operation is not always the best though, which has sometimes, in the past, created problems, but I have noticed that they are definitely making an effort to improve lately!
