Dr. Syed Hasan has been a trusted resource for digestive care in North Texas since 2015, primarily serving the Carrollton and surrounding communities. He is board-certified and fellowship-trained in gastroenterology. Dr. Hasan's clinical interests include the treatment of acute and chronic liver disease, inflammatory bowel diseases and functional abdominal disorders. He is skilled in performing upper endoscopies and colonoscopies, along with other advanced and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
Dr. Hasan earned his medical degree from the Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Bryan. He completed his internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship through the Baylor Scott & White Health system in Temple, Texas. Dr. Hasan also holds a master's degree in public health that he earned while attending the Texas A&M University Health Science Center. His public health approach to medicine has earned him a place in the Gold Humanism Honor Society since 2013.
Dr. Hasan is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, and Texas Society for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy. He is fluent in the Urdu languages.

Provided an overview of my medical history. Ask if there was anything else. Which led to me giving more details regarding previous surgery. Advise me on the importance of providing the information and the steps that would be taken during the procedure since this information had come to light Doctor Hasan was engaging informative and listened when I spoke and responded to each question or new information he made me feel that ease.. He also provided me with details regarding the upcoming procedure. excellent patient relationship he does speak Some Fast, but I believe this is because that's how fast the information comes to his brain. I would definitely refer other people to see him.
