Nov 2025New assistant in training struggled a bit with blood work but experienced staff member was there and stepped in quickly to assist (they picked a wuss so I hope we didn't break the new trainee)Nov 2025Dr Ouyang provided an excellent letter to include in our request for reimbursement for a new piece of equipment not currently covered by medicare. We like the feel of not being hurried and able to discuss any concerns we have AND further discussion of possible solutions.
