Bio
Kristi Alverson has served North Texans as a certified family nurse practitioner since 2020. Prior to working as an FNP, she served as a registered nurse for five years. Her areas of clinical focus include preventative medicine, chronic disease support, treatment and care of minor injuries and wounds, and lab and other diagnostic services.
Kristi earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees in nursing from Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She was then one of only three nursing graduates to be selected for a one-year residency program offered through the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, also in Charleston, and accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
