Dr. Galindo is an outstanding physician in every respect. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicates clearly and effectively, and has a warm, personable approach that makes patients feel comfortable and confident in his care. His diagnoses, medical advice, prescriptions, and follow-up care have consistently been excellent. I especially appreciate how quickly he responds to messages through the patient portal, which demonstrates both professionalism and genuine concern for his patients. He even calls me on my mobile phone when urgent communication or follow-up Is required.If there is one area that could benefit from significant improvement, it would be the office phone system and response time for phone messages. It is often very difficult to reach someone directly by phone, and callbacks can be slow. Because of this, I now use the patient portal almost exclusively to avoid the frustration of the phone system.Overall, Dr. Galindo is the best physician I have ever had, and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Galindo is patient, caring and does his best to find the correct cause/treatment for an apparently unusual condition I've been experiencing for several months now. He is extremely thorough. When I received notice about a prescription I had no knowledge of, written by another physician before even contacting me or offering an explanation, I notified Dr. Galindo who immediately acknowledged my alarm and offered a better suggestion. My husband in particular was so appreciative of Dr. Galindo's prompt and rational response.
