He is extremely knowledgeable, communicates clearly and effectively, and has a warm, personable approach that makes patients feel comfortable and confident in his care. His diagnoses, medical advice, prescriptions, and follow-up care have consistently been excellent. I especially appreciate how quickly he responds to messages through the patient portal, which demonstrates both professionalism and genuine concern for his patients. He even calls me on my mobile phone when urgent communication or follow-up Is required.If there is one area that could benefit from significant improvement, it would be the office phone system and response time for phone messages. It is often very difficult to reach someone directly by phone, and callbacks can be slow. Because of this, I now use the patient portal almost exclusively to avoid the frustration of the phone system.Overall, Dr. Galindo is the best physician I have ever had, and I highly recommend him.
