He is knowledgeable but MOST IMPORTANTLY is that he truly listens to me.Jun 2025Dr Turney typically renews my prescriptions each time I'm in the office. I asked him not to do that because I'm not ready to refill prescriptions and will do that myself when I am ready. As we concluded the appointment I again reminded him not to renew my prescriptions. The next day I had voicemail from the pharmacy that said "...my prescriptions were ready..." even though I had not phoned in any renewals. So either Dr Turney did or someone else in the office did. Then I got another voicemail from the pharmacy that said my insurance wasn't going to pay for the prescriptions because they were "...too soon...". So I had to call the pharmacy and straighten everything out which is precisely what I was trying to avoid having to do.
