From reception, to his assistant to the phlebotomist, everyone was upbeat and helpful

Dr Ko is engaging, interested and friendly. He doesn't talk down and comes off as very genuine.

I had a UTI. I got in the portal. Had a response in less than an hour. They worked me in. I think it's awesome that I sent Dr Ko a message before 8am, and by noon I was seen and had meds and took my first dose. I trust him. He is realistic with my diabetes management. I always have very good experience on every visit. I appreciate it much that they accommodate me even in a very short notice. I'd rather go to your clinic than go to urgent care.
