She listens to my concerns and is usually prompt in answering my questions/concerns, including messaging through the Texas Health patient portal. She also makes sound decisions regarding my care, for example, I had already completed most of of my regular lab tests during my hip replacement surgeries a little under 2 months ago so she just ordered the tests that were not yet done.Oct 2025[…] , Dr. Coxsey's nurse, was helpful and patient in explaining the results of my prior lab tests done a few months ago; he also provided guidance on what I need to do for follow up. […] , Dr. Coxsey's medical assistant, was careful in getting me prepared and also relayed my concerns to Dr. Coxsey prior to being seen. Overall, most of the staff is friendly and helpful.
