Dr. Maxwell did a great job at understanding quickly my concern and consistently included me in the decision making process regarding my care. The reception staff were FANTASTIC and treated with dignity and made me feel valued! Back office staff (technology for patient portal concerns), specifically [...], are also efficient, timely and strive for accuracy! My only uncomfortable experience was with the nursing assistant, [...], who aided me before seeing Dr. Maxwell. Very unfriendly, inaccurate in repeating back details and seemed rather "judgemental."

Dr. Maxwell is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

I changed from seeing the PA and saw Dr Maxwell. He sat with me and patiently answered all my questions. There was no indication whatsoever that I was taking up too much time, I was genuinely surprised at his patience with me and willingness to listen and give me definite answers. I will continue to see Dr Maxwell as opposed to a PA.

I generally go every 6months but my doctor knows me and shows it.

I appreciate Dr. Maxwell, his knowledge, his expressed concern and care. The office "slipped me in" to see him because I had a major medication allergy that had surfaced. Thank you for your concern.

I called the office and was told the next appointment was late May. My husband was confident if Dr. Maxwell's nurse saw the pictures of the blistering rash I had, they would let me see him. It was obvious the "office"was rather busy yesterday. I am grateful that everyone cooperated to get me in to see him.

The staff, nurse, and Dr. Maxwell were great. I'm not happy with my current PCP, so I will be scheduling further appointments with this office.

Nurse was great as stated, the front desk staff was so helpful and friendly and woman who did the blood draw was great as well
