Dr. Zarosky has been my doctor for several years. I truly appreciate his professionalism, advice, kindness.

All was very good except for not informing me that there would be a delay of 45 minutes before I could see my doctor. And I fully understand delays. It happens for many reasons. Just would like to have known. I thought maybe a mistake had been made and I was not officially checked in. I had to go to the check in desk to find out the cause of the delay. Overall I still am pleased. I understand how things can happen.

They were patient, kind, and they listened.

Dr. Zarosky answered all our questions. He was very attentive.

Ask him about taking me off of gout medication and he agreed we would try it and see.

Overall great experience. Everyone is kind and considerate and my visit was quick. The nurse who did my bloodwork was phenomenal. I was done in what felt like seconds.

Things ran very smoothly (1) arrived approximately 15 minutes before appointment time, (2) I was called in to examination room at appointment time, (3) my primary care physician arrived into my examination room within 5 to 10 minutes after physician assistant left, (4) physician and I discussed any physical complaints I may have and medication refills that I needed, (5) after physician left, an assistant arrived within one minute with my ordered blood laboratory test and checkout papers. Like I previously, mentioned, everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with the visit.

Having to wait an hour is ridiculous. Dr Z explained his reasons for delay. I respect what he tried to do time wise. But my time is valuable. If I had been texted- come an hour later- that would have allowed me to finish my water aerobic class. Dr Z tends to run late. He does spend time with the patients. That is excellent. Thus- time management. Allow more cushion time!! And communication!!!

Dr zarosky always listens intently. I have his full attention & any issue I have we discuss & he is explains fully to my satisfaction. I always feel better upon leaving or know if there is a medication he prescribes it's right on. He is sure to check back to make sure I have the right dosage .

I really like my doctor but even arriving early I had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. Not enough time to ask questions.
