He was late to my appointment with him; said that he had a very critical issue which he had to deal with before me. Everyone here is on top of their game and they all have a genuine concern for my welfare. Everyone is friendly professional and give the best care I could ask for. Dr Chen doesn't cookie coat it either, he tells me what he is doing and what I need to do to take better care of myself.
