Overall a great experience all around - per usual at this office.

Very little wait time to be called. I had to give a specimen and wait for the doctor - but the test results were available in that time and I could even review them myself on the app. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and caring. Dr. Gutierrez was very personable and professional, as usual, to understand my issue and make recommendations for treatment immediately.

I would like to commend Dr. Gutierrez for the excellent care she provided during my recent visit. What stood out most was her ability to truly listen. I came in with several symptoms and concerns, and she took the time to hear me out patiently and thoughtfully.Rather than offering a quick or routine response, Dr. Gutierrez carefully discussed her thoughts, possible explanations, and treatment options. After listening to my perspective as well, she offered recommendations that felt personalized and well considered, not simply "cookie-cutter" medical advice.I also appreciated her guidance on which specialists I should see and why. That kind of clear judgment is very reassuring as a patient. Most importantly, she followed through on what we discussed by setting up the appropriate plans and referrals.
