Everyone at the front desk is friendly and always get me checked in quickly. I usually only wait about 5 minutes before the nurse calls me in and gets my vitals and goes over my prescriptions. Dr. Gutierrez always shows up shortly after and I never feel rushed. I appreciated that the steroid shot was not the go-to solution. She showed me some stretching exercises that would help.Sep 2025Although the stretching exercises do not immediately alleviate the pain, they do help reduce the level of discomfort, and I have experienced less pain. Dr. Gutierrez did say that if the pain does not go away, she would prescribe physical therapy.
