Jan 2026Overall a good experience but it started out that we were directed to go to the wrong office and had to rush to try to make our appointment on timeat the alternate office . It all worked out however and they got us in anyway. Then we were delayed during checkout due to someone had placed our folder in the out tray instead of the in and way delayed 30.
