The staff were courteous l, knowledgeable and pleasant. Dr. Williams was absolutely awesome.

The practice is very well organized and managed. Very efficient every visit.

I've been using Texas Health as my primary care provider since 2019 and I am very pleased with the care and service I receive --- every visit.

I feel that every one is so "robotic". Like in a factory. Nothing seems personal routine. "Next"

Maybe there's a reason why the process is in a particular order but I rarely get to go from the waiting room to the office to see the doctor immediately at my scheduled appointment time. There is always a wait. And then when the doctor comes in to see you, it always just seems routinely and rushed. Test results are never explained in detail

All staff were attentive and polite.

Dr Williams was thorough and efficient, my first visit was very pleasant.

I appreciate Dr Williams knowledge and wisdom in medical assessment of all aspects of the medical problem presented.

My medical issue was a concern, but Dr.Williamsprivided the information and other possible solutions to for consideration.

The only good experience I had was with the phlebotomist that completed my lab work. She was awesome.

The doctor entered the room almost an hour after the appointment time, did not show concern or empathy towards any situation or concern that I mentioned . She even laughed at my concerns at one point stating "welcome to motherhood. I'm glad I'm on the other end of this because my youngest is in college".
