There was no lengthy discussion on my symptoms, but questions, as the doctor was assessing and gathering information to further determine a course of action; as this was my first visit.

The doctor seemed caring and interested in helping me improve my health.

I feel that every one is so "robotic". Like in a factory. Nothing seems personal routine. "Next"

Maybe there's a reason why the process is in a particular order but I rarely get to go from the waiting room to the office to see the doctor immediately at my scheduled appointment time. There is always a wait. And then when the doctor comes in to see you, it always just seems routinely and rushed. Test results are never explained in detail

My medical issue was a concern, but Dr.Williamsprivided the information and other possible solutions to for consideration.

The only good experience I had was with the phlebotomist that completed my lab work. She was awesome.

The doctor entered the room almost an hour after the appointment time, did not show concern or empathy towards any situation or concern that I mentioned . She even laughed at my concerns at one point stating "welcome to motherhood. I'm glad I'm on the other end of this because my youngest is in college".
