Bio
Dr. Mindy Ly has cared for the Allen community as a board-certified family medicine physician since 2013. Her areas of special focus include preventative medicine and care for allergies, immune deficiencies and other immune system disorders. Through her holistic approach to care and personalized treatment plans, she helps her patients achieve and maintain optimal health at any age.
Dr. Ly earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Fla. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, where she was recognized as Resident of the Year during her final year in training.
Dr. Ly is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and American Osteopathic Association. She speaks fluent Vietnamese. Away from the office, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures and foods.

She is just naturally comforting and always makes me feel reassured and calm by the time I leave. Being a retired nurse, I do appreciate and value her precious bed side manner.
