Dr. Jalal takes the time to explain what I am experiencing and why, and what are the steps we will be taking to resolve, and if additional testing needed what that would be and expectation.. I actually look forward to my appointments.. The staff is very patient focus too..

Dr Jalal always shows alot of concern for my wellbeing. She explains when adjustments on meds need to be made based on results. She encourages me to do better w my diet and lack of exercise.

The staff at the front office were very not at all courteous. They gave me the distinct impression that they could care less about me, it was just another day at work for them.
