She greets you with a warm smile and ask how you doing! She then will question what's the visit for ( illness or problem) she gives very detail information in plain English so the patient understands. She will repeat exactly what the patient has address about the illness or problem. Right after I told what my problem was she immediately knew the diagnosis and gave me (2) prognosis to start of with. I would highly recommend her.
