The nurses and front desk staff have always been very attentive and prompt. They do a great job preparing everything for the patient and doctor. Dr. Acker was attentive and listened to my ailments. He helped suggest a coarse of physical therapy for me.

All the staff members are helpful and courteous. I feel at ease when I am in the office.

Texas Health, Dr. Acker and every employee I have come into contact with, including hospitals and all people working at Dr. Acker location are extremely professional and caring. Dr. Acker is probably one of the best doctors I have ever been to. His knowledge of my health issues and his dedication to helping me are excellent. I really feel taken care of. I respect and trust him. I feel confident with each visit that we are managing my diseases and not just helping my symptoms.

Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable and always take their time to explain things and go over anything you have additional questions concerning treatments, vaccines, etc.

Dr. Acker and his staff are the best I have ever been associated with. They are always there with a smile and ask about our family. The appointments are always on time. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Dr. Acker always explains everything completely. He never makes you feel rushed.

Every aspect from scheduling to the appointment itself was excellent.

Went for a routine physical and other health related questions. Dr. Acker took his time to explain pros and cons of each option and offered to assist setting up referrals and review results, if desired.
