Receptionist was so nice which Is typically unheard of in most practices. [...] the nurse was so nice she was like a warm hug while asking questions. She acted like a real person not a robot trying to get through this patient so she could handle the other 12 she had that hour! Even the phlebotomist was helpful and friendly. You are doing everything right from a patient perspective!!!

Going to this practice was like going to a real doctor for the first time in my life. From reception to blood tests, the level of care and professionalism was evident and yet friendly and caring. Yet, even though it was my first visit, I felt like I was being treated by a handful of very close friends! The idea of talking, testing and ultimately treating if necessary is a recipe for success.

Doctor Acker has extensive experience, and caring. I feel confident to have him as my primary family care provider.

Dr. Acker and staff are extremely proactive in keeping me and my family healthy. He's always helping me tweak to improve my health to the best it can be.

I have always experienced the utmost professionalism when coming to Texas Health System the comfort in knowing I matter to each and everyone involved in my care is a Godsend!

I do appreciate that Dr. Acker was able to see me, even though I am not his regular patient and covered by Medicare. I did express this sentiment during my visit with him. He was also very professional in the way that he addressed my overall situation, other than the instance noted above.

Dr. Acker and his staff are the best I have ever been associated with. They are always there with a smile and ask about our family. The appointments are always on time. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Dr. Acker always explains everything completely. He never makes you feel rushed.
