My mother is 92. I moved her across town a couple of years back. While it would be more convenient to take her to a doctor closer to where she lives, I choose to drive her 30 minutes because of her relationship with Scott. He always enters to room with a smile and familiarity of an old friend instantly putting her at ease. Hes familiar with her needs and can direct her conversation by questions about existion issues that he knows she deals with other than general questions. He is quick to address new ailments with concerns and help her understand what shes feeling. I will continue to bring her to Scott as long as she is capable to make the trip.
