Like most doctors' offices the discussion, testing, and referrals are adequate. Just expect a level of glazed-eye boredom if you as the patient dares to attempt to get past the adequate and into a discussion about side-effects, concerns, or symptoms. But, it's adequate, as I said. Isn't that the best one can expect these days?

I had an excellent experience with Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Bellomy, she really went above and beyond on diagnosis and treatment for my illness, I was very impressed and extremely grateful with the level of care and knowledge she provided for me.

Elizabeth always listens and give me options for my medical care

My visit was a piece of cake.

Both Elizabeth and the nurse were understanding of my hearing problem and adjusted their manner of speaking to me. Neither seemed to mind when I had to ask them to repeat what they said.

Elizabeth always shows personal interest and concern about me, not just about my "issues ".

I am very happy here. No reason for me to think otherwise. So far, I see no areas for improvement.

The staff have always been very helpful, courteous, and professional. Couldn't ask for more.

The PA was very thorough from start to finish. Answered all my questions, and explained in clear detail the blood tests/ultrasound she would like me take and why. Then told me when she would get back to me when all test results were in. Pretty good service!

Elizabeth discusses the POA so all of us understand and ask questions. She ensures that […] understands the plan and what she is to do. Nurse Elizabeth and her team treat our daughter with respect and patience, which is not common in this current world, especially in regards to those with challenges. And next most important issue. Elizabeth and her team make our daughter feel safe, comfortable at ease. We have no qualms if […] has to see Elizabeth with her future guardian, this team would still treat them with the same courtesy and respect that we are treated with. And I feel very comfortable that when they left the office they would know exactly the POC. In addition, this office is never difficult to reach, especially via My Chart. We have usually gotten a response within the hour - we never go "days" without a response or without the office checking her.

My experience has been very good. Ms. Bellomy is very caring, explains things well and seems to be very knowledgeable.
