Every member of the staff is on point to successfully make sure that everything is taken care of

As always zi feel a great deal of thought is taken in what are concetns,treatment options and involved me in the entire procesd

Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Most importantly the listen. That has not always been my experience with other practices.

When I started with this practice, I was living in Fort Worth a few blocks away. Since I have moved back to Kennedale, it is less convenient, but I continue here because the practitioners listen. They are knowledgeable and friendly and provide excellent service.

She was very friendly, attentive to concerns, and provided helpful education.

The person in teal scrubs (so sorry I didn't save her name) communicated to the person drawing labs that I had been fasting all day, and she brought me snacks for after my lab draw. The person who drew my labs acknowledged that she had been informed of my fasting and this allowed her to make it known to me and to report any symptoms during my draw such as dizziness. She also brought me water to go with my snacks. Amazing communication between team members as well as demonstrating to me that they were communicating, and the snacks were very much appreciated! Truly above and beyond. Thank you!
