Bio
Jaime Mendez has been a registered nurse since 2011 and a certified family nurse practitioner since 2018. She previously worked in the town of Addison, but also has served the Denton community in the past. Jaime believes that nursing is a combination of compassion, science, integrity and skill that helps patients of all ages reach their maximum health potential. Her approach to patient-centered care is holistic and prioritizes disease prevention, health promotion, and diagnosis of common and complex health conditions.
Jaime graduated with honors from Texas Woman’s University with her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington. Jaime is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
