Most of the staff was okay, but the most critical person was awful.Sep 2025In the past, I have always made it a point to request Kieu. She listened, gave options and always seemed willing to go the extra mile. My last few appointments with her, she has been rather cold and uncaring and had a let's just get on with it attitude. I had two things in my portal request, and when I asked her to look at the second, it was an inconvenience. While in the office I also asked if she's would take two seconds to look at something else ( a mole on my nose, simply to tell me if I should see a dermatologist). Before she knew how simple the request was or let me ask, I was inconveniencing her. She won't take two seconds to listen. If I make any future appointments at this clinic, I think I will wait a little longer to get an appointment and go back to Dr. [...].
