Lisa Mary Reid, APRN, FNP-C Nurse Practitioner-Familyin Plano, TX

Certified family nurse practitioner Lisa Mary Reid was born and raised in Canada an began her medical career in 1992. Her broad range of patient care experience includes work in cardiology, primary care, thoracic and vascular surgery, transplant care and immunology. For the last seven years, Lisa has worked as a nurse practitioner in primary care and internal medicine. She is focused on preventing illness and keeping her patients healthy.

Lisa earned her bachelor of science in nursing from University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and her master's degree in nursing/family nurse practitioner from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Ill. She also holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, Texas. Lisa is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners, North Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau International.

Lisa currently resides in Dallas. She is married with six children, seven grandchildren, and a small handful of fur babies. Lisa enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, crafting, reading, and cooking.
