I love Ms. Pimentel! She is the best! [...] was also a very nice young lady. Both are very personable. I did have to wait almost half an hour between the time the assistant left to the time Ms. Pimentel came in, but she is always worth the wait.

I have always had the best possible care at Texas Health.

I came to discuss test results and next steps. When I met with the provider, I learned that the imaging center had not sent all the test results to them, although they had sent them to me. It was a challenge to get the test results from my phone to My Chart so the provider could see the results. Ms. Pimentel took the time to help me with that. I appreciated her taking the time to do that, so I didn't have to come back for another appointment. (I learned later that the imaging center tried to fax the test results but the fax did not go through.They were supposed to send the reports again.)

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment with […], the front office clerk, […], told me that I wasn't on the schedule and did not try to work out a solution. I panicked but remained hopeful. […] was VERY HELPFUL in getting me in to see an NP. I was panicking because I'm leaving for 2 weeks in London and I was concerned that I would not get my Rx's in time. This was my first appointment, so taking care of my medication management was crucial. I also got the referrals I needed in the works. All of the CMA's ([…]) were great and NP Misty Pimentel was very good as well. Everything was sorted out, so the transfer of my medications is done! I am so glad I was able to get this first appointment done!

At most doctors offices I've been to none of the staff listened and we didn't feel heard or understood but here staff was amazing

PA Mitsi was amazing she explained everything in great detail and her bed side absolutely incredible!! […] we're absolutley amazing friendly professional and knowledgeable.

They are the BEST!!!

I have been a patient here for over 22 years. MITSI P. And her nurses are the very best. […]. There's not a doctor's office anywhere else with a better provider or Healthcare. I love this medical facility and my NP and the nurses. If they can't treat my medical they do a referral in no time. I refuse to see any other provider for my primary Healthcare. They are the best!!!! It wouldn't ever be the same without NP Mitsi there.

Always very pleasant

Everyone is always great. I love [...] she was at the front entryway [...] and said hi right away and called me by name, normally she is my nurse. She is the sweetest. It feels good to have a security person also he is polite and always says hi. I just love Ms. Pimentel she listens to me and helps me, when I have questions she answers them.
