Bio
Dr. Allison Joan Louis Brown has served North Texans as a board-certified family medicine physician since 2019. The focus of her work has largely been on delivering comprehensive primary care services to diverse populations through community and public health initiatives. Dr. Brown’s other areas of special interest include behavioral health, health literacy and preventative medicine. In addition to her practice, she served on the faculty of John Peter Smith Hospital, the TCU Burnett School of Medicine and the UNT Health Science Center, all in Fort Worth, for the last five years. She continues to remain on faculty as Assistant Professor at the TCU Burnett School of Medicine.
Dr. Brown earned her medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Brown is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

She listens to me most doctors don't. She discovered I had Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia when I had been telling doctors my WBC has been extremely high for years. She had me get a blood test and I am now in treatment at the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. I won't go to any other doctor unless it's a emergency or specialist.
