Chandra Hamilton has been a registered nurse since 2018. She has cared for patients with a variety of acute and chronic health conditions, including gastrointestinal disorders, cardiac, stroke and Alzheimer's disease. In 2023, Chandra went on to become certified as a family nurse practitioner. Chandra is the best. I've NEVER had a provider who every single time I met with her either in person or on video, CONSISTENTLY provides her undivided attention, and obviously actively listens to every single thing I'm saying. She is TOTALLY engaged and focused on me.
