Bio
Cynthia Marie Kulik, D.O., began her career in 2009 serving as a senior flight surgeon in the United States Navy. While serving her country, she was instrumental in improving the medical readiness of naval base personnel and was honored with several achievement medals. Dr. Kulik went on to complete her internal medicine residency in 2015 at the University of North Texas/Plaza Medical Center in Fort Worth. She has been caring for the Fort Worth community and its veterans as a board-certified internist ever since. Most recently, she assisted in managing a care clinic with 30 providers responsible for providing services to more than 1,000 veterans with medical needs.
Dr. Kulik earned her medical degree while attending Pikeville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kentucky. In addition to being a skilled clinician, she has served as a mentor and educator for other students and internal medicine residents. Dr. Kulik is a member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Internists, American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association and Texas Medical Association.
