Bio
After pursuing her undergraduate degree in business administration, Erin Lechner realized she had a deeper passion to care for others. She went on to become a registered nurse in 2012 and certified as a family nurse practitioner in 2015. Erin previously served the health care needs of military trainees at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Ala. While there, she provided acute and chronic care in collaboration with a physician and acted as a first responder on site to provide immediate medical assistance to individuals experiencing minor injuries and illnesses.
Erin graduated with her bachelor's degree in business administration from The Ohio State University in Columbus. She earned her master's degree in nursing at Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio, followed by a focused master's degree in family nurse practitioner studies from the University of Cincinnati. Erin is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

I am a new patient and was hesitant to change as I had been with my previous provider for 20+years but things drastically changed at Wellmed. I am so thankful I did. The staff is great, so friendly and polite! Dr. Erin is absolutely fantastic and has won my trust. I am a hot mess health wise and I appreciate her concern and thoroughness. All is 5 Star and hope that you recognize them individually for their customer care and service. And we live in the Shores- how much more convenient than driving to Sunnyvale! Wish I would have changed earlier.
