I am very satisfied with the services of my doctor, Dr. Jonathan Lin and his staff. I always get a quick response when I have to use MyChart to have him or his staff add a new referral for a prescription to my mailed prescriptions since we have a vacation home that keeps us away from his office for several months. I always get a response from Dr. Lin within 24 hours, depending when I send my request, by text or MyChart. My office visits with Dr. Lin is always pleasant as he takes plenty of time explaining my situations, which I find a rarity at my age because the norm when making a visit to a doctor's office is "get in and out as quickly as possible". I never feel rushed and even my smaller concern is answered patiently and with enough knowledge to ease my concerns. He has a very pleasant and reassuring personality.

I have been a patient of Dr Jonathan Lin for more than 24 years. He is caring, listens to me and very knowledgeable in suggesting the appropriate treatment. I have recommended him to be the PCP for other friends.

Dr Lin always explains the problems he sees or suspects and his recommendations very clearly. He is obviously very committed to making sure his patient understands and participates in care recommendations.

His assistant/nurse was involved and when he phoned me to advise on blood test results, I felt comfortable discussing them with him as I would with the doctor.

The questions in the NEXT section are written in a way to connote that previous visits had been less than totally acceptable. This is not true. Staff have always been personable and focused on me when I am there. I trust Dr. Lin and his staff. I have never been given reason to think otherwise.

All staff were cordial and professional. I was made as comfortable as possible for someone who was nervous about being at the doctor's.
