Bio
Ever since she was a child, Dr. Natasha Gupta has had an interest in the sciences and being able to connect fact with the human element of caring for patients. She is passionate about treating the whole person rather than focusing on a specific disease or organ system, believing in holistic medicine where optimal healing happens when the body, mind, spirit and emotions are in full alignment. Dr. Gupta is board-certified in internal medicine and has been caring for North Texans since 2020. Her clinical interests include mental wellness and women’s health, with an emphasis on comprehensive gynecology and osteoporosis management.
Dr. Gupta earned her medical degree at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. She completed her internal medicine residency at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Texas Medical Association and Texas Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Gupta is fluent in the Hindi language.

So moving here I dreaded the process of having to find a new doctor. The first one I tried was terrible (not at Texas health), judged me, talked to me like I was dumb and made me cry and lectured me while I cried. So it took months for me to even be willing to look for another doctor because I felt so defeated. But then I found Dr Gupta and gave her a try and she is a breath of fresh air. I feel like she actually listens to what I'm saying and wants to help and provide different options of what can help. She comes off as genuinely friendly and happy, not the least bit fake, and her energy and attitude makes such a difference in making a doctors visit a good experience.
